Neil Hopkins is the Labour Candidate for Lydiard & Freshbrook Ward in the 2018 Local Elections.
Neil recently organised a public meeting on the future of Lydiard Park and House, giving residents a chance to have their say on the future of Lydiard.
Neil is committed to restoring Lydiard House and managing Lydiard within the public sector. The Conservatives allowed the backlog maintenance of Lydiard run up in to the millions and only two years ago said the Council wasn’t able to run Lydiard and were considering the option of transferring the park and house to a private company. This is why only Labour can be trusted to run Lydiard.
Neil also wishes to tackle the parking problems in the ward, including pavement parking.
