Lining on Devizes Road and Newport Street Crossings Set To Be Refreshed

Old Town Councillor, Nadine Watts, has welcomed news that Swindon Council is set to refresh the lining on the crossings on Devizes Road and Newport Street.

This follows Cllr Watts urging the Council to do this after residents got in touch with her.

Old Town Councillor, Nadine Watts, said:

“It is great news that the Council are planning to refresh the line marking on the crossings on Devizes Road and Newport Street. Many of the linings on crossings have become very faded and almost unnoticeable, which makes things confusing for pedestrians and motorists.

Thank you to the residents who notified me of the faded line markings.”
