As a result of the freezing temperatures last week and potential for adverse weather over the next couple of days, the contractor has been delayed. He is at present on Croft Road utilising the Civil Gang who are undertaking necessary works to the footway.
The road closure is now planned for Thursday 4th and Friday 5th February which will run from 09:00 to 15:30.
The work is to flatten the roundabout outside the junction with Tismeads Crescent.
The proposed diversion route is Pipers Way, Marlborough Road and Newport Street.
