The report on the restrictive parking zone in East Wichel has been amended. It was decided that because the parking arrangements had been decided at planning, more information was required to back this up in the report, than what had been originally inserted.
The report on the restrictive parking zone in East Wichel has been amended. It was decided that because the parking arrangements had been decided at planning, more information was required to back this up in the report, than what had been originally inserted. This amendment to the report does not affect the proposal.
The report is in circulation with the Board Directors at the Council. Once they have approved the report, it will be circulated to the relevant Councillors. Hopefully this will be in the next couple of weeks. Sign off would then be up to the Cabinet member who has responsibility for this area.
At this stage, the earliest date for implementation would be late August/September 2015.
The report for the bus gates in East Wichel has been signed off. Objectors should have been informed. Council officers will look into signage and linage before the traffic regulation order is brought into operation.
