Residents who are affected by such neglect in cutting back are fed up with the situation. Matters are made worse as the leaves fall into residents’ gardens and when they clear them up as green waste they now find that they are having to pay to dispose of leaves from council trees. Is it any wonder why they say forlornly, what are we paying our council tax for?
