The Waitrose application for the Mid Wichel district centre (off Mill Lane and Foxham Way) was determined at planning committee on 11 June. They are aiming to start on site in mid-September and open next Easter.

This is really good news for local residents and also people who live in other parts of Swindon. I am pleased that this application has been passed and work will commence soon.
