Local residents have raised concerns regarding the planning application off of Croft Road for 62 dwellings. I objected as I have concerns about the traffic impact, it is not in the local plan and think this land should act as a buffer between the existing houses on Croft Road and East Wichel. The Council’s Forward Planning Team have raised a policy objection to the principle of the development.
