Kevin Small was selected to be Labour’s candidate for this May’s local Council elections. Although Kevin may not say it himself, he has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to try and protect the residents in the ward whilst the Bruce Street Bridges work has been rumbling on. Just before Christmas, he stopped the removal of the traffic lights which would have led to more traffic chaos over the festive period.
He has been a strong Chair of the North Central Locality and is always fair and understanding to all the residents who attend the meetings. He has helped to secure funding for highways projects across the ward and his local knowledge and procedural advice is second-to-none.
We have no hesitation in supporting Kevin as your local Labour candidate and leader of our Mannington & Western Team.
