Information from Wiltshire Police on the damage to cars in Old Town:

You may already be aware from media coverage that overnight of Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st February the Eastcott and Old Town areas were subjected to a spate of vehicle tyres being punctured. Some vehicles had more than one tyre damaged so the full costs involved are considerable.
 

Offences took place in Dixon Street, Raggett Street, Stafford Street, Swindon Road, Prospect Hill, Prospect Place, Godwin Court, Dewell Mews, The Central Trading Estate, Berenger Close, Queintin Road and the Marriott Hotel.  A total of 69 offences took place in the Eastcott area and 21 in Old Town.

We are also seeking to secure any CCTV footage within the area for the time period of 2300hrs 20/02/13 and 0500hrs 21/02/13. If you have CCTV or know of anyone in the streets mentioned above that does please contact the police on 101.
