Cllr Nadine Watts (Old Town) said “After missing the January target, I hope that the report will be available for the next meeting of the Children and Young People's Overview Committee on 6 March.”

Cllr Nadine Watts seconded a Labour lead motion for an independent review of the decision making process that has affected many residents in the Old Town Ward. The Conservatives and Lib Dems worked to block this external process and sought an internal review.

Old Town Labour feel that compromising on an external review falls short of what is required and will keep pushing for publication of details of what happened and clear action on any lessons identified.
