The new Morrisons is now open bringing jobs and investment to our area. We are now working with the Council on your concerns for the future of the Eldene Centre, should the shops there be demolished as planned. We are pleased that the Post Office have stated their commitment to keep a branch In Eldene and we are looking at options for re-location. We hope to hold a public meeting on Eldene Centre's future so look out for details.
We are also working with the voluntary run Eldene Community Centre to see it improved and developed. Do drop in and see the many great activities that go on there.
