At a public meeting on March 7th Regent Circus developers ISG gave assurances that they will put right any damage to properties which can be attributed to work on the Regent Circus site. This includes the historic Baptist church on Prospect Hill which has recently had to close. Current indications are that the problems with damage to properties which may be due to slippage are contained within the Cross Street area. Residents who suspect damage to their properties can contact ISG to request a visit and survey of their properties.

Emma Bushell, Labour's Candidate in Eastcott, said: ”It is reassuring to hear that any potential damage may be restricted to a small area, but this will be no comfort to the local residents and businesses affected. I am keen to ensure that ISG honour their commitment to make good any damage which can be attributed to them”

ISG have asked residents with concerns about their property to contact them so they can organise an inspection visit.
