Local residents in conjunction with the Eastcott Community Organisation are open their gardens for a giant yard sale on Saturday 22nd June. Residents from Lansdown Road, Hythe Road, Maidstone Road, Folkestone Road, Stafford Street, Pembroke Street, Kent Road, Ashford Road, Brunswick Street, and Savernake Street are being recruited to take part. The organisers hope to encourage recycling and re-use.

The event will run from 11am to 4pm. There will be stalls, refreshments and info at Savernake Street Social Hall. For those who live in other streets that wish to take part, you can book a table at the Savernake Street Social Hall at £4 a table by emailing eastcottcommunity@yahoo.co.uk.
