Cllr Nadine Watts Welcomes 20mph Zone

I fully support the 20 is plenty campaign in residential areas.  It is in accordance with the guidance from the Department of Transport.  No changes are to take place in Angel Ridge as the physical characteristics and 20mph zone signs at the entrance are already in place, as this was part of the planning and development of the residential estate.
