The scope of the works involves the refurbishment of kitchen to selected addresses in;

Works will commence from 30th June 2014 and successful tenants will be notified.
The council will also be carrying out some electrical upgrade to selected homes in;
Somerville Road, Frobisher Drive, Burghley Close, Derby Court, Shaftsbury Avenue and Welcome Avenue.
These work will vastly improve the safety of homes and reduce the risk of electrical fires and severe electrical shock.
