Cindy and the Labour Group have been pressing Swindon Council to tackle the traffic on West Swindon’s roads by progressing with the Thamesdown Drive Extension Road, to link Great Western Way with Thamesdown Drive.
Cindy said “I am delighted that if Labour wins the elections in May we have agreeed to pay for the design work for this road which can then be presented to government for funding”.
