Buses and Heritage in the Railway Village

Even though we made the case to stop the re-introduction of two way buses through the Railway Village the Conservative Administration ignored residents views. This means the area is to suffer again from two way buses on roads built for horses and carts.

Even though we made the case to stop the re-introduction of two way buses through the Railway Village the Conservative Administration ignored residents views. This means the area is to suffer again from two way buses on roads built for horses and carts. In the meantime residents have to carry on with long detoured journeys and the loss of resident parking spaces. Whilst the village's Conservation order sets out to remove buses from the village the Administration have simply disregarded this requirement even when alternative routes are available and heritage protection is possible.
