It is on a very much smaller scale than what was proposed at Cheney Manor. A small joinery business are seeking to burn waste wood to heat the building. The only aspect that actually requires permission is the flue that projects approx. 1m through the roof.
The internal ‘water heating boiler’ does not affect the exterior of the building and is not subject to planning controls.
