The planned closure of Mill Lane/Foxham Way on Monday 11 August is now cancelled due to Waitrose and the Wichelstowe team agreeing to pay for the extra over costs of a night time closure.
The planned closure of Mill Lane/Foxham Way on Monday 11 August is now cancelled due to Waitrose and the Wichelstowe team agreeing to pay for the extra over costs of a night time closure.
The contractor: Rockstone will start the closure at 1700hrs on Sunday 17/08/14, they’ll work through the night with the closure being removed at 0600hrs on the Monday morning 18/08/14. This will give Waitrose staff an hour to leave the store before work starts (they close at 4pm Sundays) and all works will be finished well before the store opens or the rush hour starts.
Street Works will ensure that advance warning signs will be in place to warn the public.
